Olio is a new residential development offering New York style loft living in central Christchurch. With an ambition to sell all apartments off the plans, a vibrant identity was developed to communicate with young, first home buyers trying to break into a competitive housing market. Utilizing a bold colour palette, tongue in cheek language and aspirational imagery, a nationwide campaign resulted in all apartments being sold. Alongside a variety of printed assets which included brochures, stationery, business cards, floorplans a digital platform was also created.
